Japan Aids Sri Lanka in Restoring Flood-Damaged Court Papers

Japan is providing assistance to Sri Lanka in the restoration of over 170,000 court documents that were damaged by floodwaters. The documents, located at a court in Kandy, were soaked when Cyclone Ditwah affected the island last November.
