Enter Air Ordered to Pay PLN 8.2 Million for Hindering Passenger Claims

The President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK) has ruled that Enter Air must pay passengers a total of 8.2 million Polish Zloty for hindering the pursuit of claims related to destroyed, damaged, and lost luggage.
