Bulgaria Received Lukoil Derogation Extension for US Aircraft Deployment
Bulgaria reportedly received an extension of the derogation for Lukoil in exchange for allowing the deployment of US military tanker aircraft at Sofia Airport, according to former Defense Minister Atanas Zapryanov.
