Constitutional Tribunal Session Fails Due to Lack of Quorum in Poland
A session of the General Assembly of Judges of the Constitutional Tribunal in Poland did not take place due to a lack of quorum, as two judges did not sign the attendance list. Further confusion arose as some judges were not admitted by the president.
