Constitutional Tribunal Session Fails Due to Lack of Quorum in Poland

A session of the General Assembly of Judges of the Constitutional Tribunal in Poland did not take place due to a lack of quorum, as two judges did not sign the attendance list. Further confusion arose as some judges were not admitted by the president.

Brak kworum i sprzeczne oświadczenia. Zamieszanie w Trybunale

Z powodu braku kworum nie odbyło się posiedzenie Zgromadzenia Ogólnego Sędziów Trybunału Konstytucyjnego. Na listę obecności nie wpisało się bowiem dwoje sędziów. Na spotkaniu pojawili się też sędziowie, których prezes Bogdan Święczkowski nie dopuszcza do pracy.
