Probe into mafioso's prison suicide
(ANSA) - ROME, MAR 18 - A probe has been opened into the suicide of a mafioso being held in a Turin jail who had just started cooperating with police. Bernardo Pace, 62, a Cosa Nostra member who acted under late superboss Matteo Messina Denaro, was serving 14 years and four months in the Milanese Hydra case of collaboration between the Sicilian Mafia, the Naples Camorra and the Calabrian 'Ndrangheta in the north of Italy.
