Dutch Housing Market Sees Fewer Sales, Higher Prices in Q1
The Dutch housing market in the first quarter saw a decrease in the number of homes sold as buyers became more hesitant. Despite fewer sales, the average home price increased to €485,000, up 2.1% from the previous year.
