Ukraine's acting Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha met with Archbishop Paul Richard Gallagher, the Vatican's Secretary for Relations with States, in Kyiv to discuss the return of Ukrainian prisoners of war, illegally detained civilians, and all deported individuals.
