Montenegro's MERS and Civic Alliance Sign Cooperation Memorandum on Environment

Montenegro's Ministry of Ecology, Sustainable Development and Northern Development (MERS) and the Civic Alliance have signed a memorandum of cooperation, focusing on implementing measures and priorities for Chapter 27 – Environment and Climate Change.
