Between 220,000 and 275,000 Ukrainians and Belarusians, predominantly Orthodox, fought in the Polish Army in September 1939, with an estimated 16,000 casualties.

Prawosławni w Wojsku Polskim

We wrześniu 1939 r. w Wojsku Polskim walczyło od 220 do 275 tys. Ukraińców i Białorusinów, głównie wyznawców prawosławia. Szacuje się, że 16 tys. z nich zginęło. Można zatem zadać kłam twierdzeniu, że prawdziwym patriotą może być tylko Polak i katolik.
