Cardinal Dziwisz Resists Court Appearance in Polish Abuse Case
A victim of sexual abuse by a priest is suing the Archdiocese of Krakow for 20 million PLN in damages, with Cardinal Stanisław Dziwisz requesting not to be called as a witness in the case. The Krakow District Court plans to question him.
