Portuguese Socialist Party requests Rangel hearing over "humiliation"

Portugal's Socialist Party (PS) has requested an audience with Rangel to discuss the "humiliation" felt after Marco Rubio's statements regarding the authorization for using a base. Other parties, Livre and BE, also demand government clarification.
