Czech Environmental Program's Interest-Free Loans to Cost State Billions Annually

Interest-free loans offered under the Czech 'Nová zelená úsporám' (New Green Savings) program for home energy renovations are projected to cost the state up to 20 billion CZK annually, according to former minister Hladík.
