Apple Settles Discrimination Lawsuit Over Employee's Shabbat Observance

Apple has agreed to pay $150,000 to settle a discrimination lawsuit filed by an employee who claimed he was warned against discussing the Israel-Hamas conflict at work after observing Shabbat.
