Lahore High Court Rules National ID Card Not Movable Property
The Lahore High Court has ruled that Pakistan's Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) is not considered 'movable property' and therefore cannot be blocked, impounded, or attached by civil courts as a coercive measure in civil proceedings.
