Prabowo Vows to Combat Waste, Corruption to Cut Deficit to 2.4%

Indonesia’s President Prabowo Subianto said he plans to narrow the budget deficit in 2027, stressing the need for fiscal prudence and efficiency after heavy spending this year on his signature campaign pledges.
