CFE Blames Vandalism for Massive Power Outage Affecting Four Mexican States

Mexico's state electricity commission has filed a complaint alleging that deliberate sabotage of power lines caused a major blackout that disrupted service for hundreds of thousands of customers across Yucatán, Campeche, Quintana Roo, and Chiapas.
