Chinese Family Demands Compensation From Shop Owner Who Aided Collapsing Man

The family of an elderly man who collapsed and died at a card parlor in China is demanding 100,000 yuan (US$14,900) from the owner. They claim the owner became responsible after attempting to help the man.
