Coroner Rules Prison Unsuitable for Inmate Who Died by Suicide
A coroner has ruled that Corrections failed to properly monitor Alexander Nicholls-Braddock, who had ADHD and addiction problems, in Christchurch Men's Prison before he died by suicide.
