Couple Sues Surrogate Mother for Refusing Abortion

An Ontario couple is suing their surrogate mother who refused to abort a fetus after it was diagnosed with a cleft lip and possible genetic abnormalities. The couple reportedly changed their stance when the birth defect was deemed relatively minor.
