CPKC and IBEW Agree to Binding Arbitration, Ending Strike

Canadian Pacific Kansas City (CPKC) and the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) have reached an agreement to enter binding arbitration, bringing an end to their labor dispute.
