CPS says DGPP design makes losses inevitable, calls for overhaul

The Centre for Policy Scrutiny (CPS) says the design of Ghana’s Domestic Gold Purchase Programme (DGPP) is “too generous” and could make losses inevitable, calling for a fundamental review of the programme.
