Croatian Minister Habijan on Swiss Franc Loans: Constitutional and European Court Options Remain

Croatian Minister Habijan stated that while the Supreme Court's decision on Swiss franc loans is final, consumers and banks still have the option to appeal to the Constitutional Court and the European Court of Justice.
