CSOs Join Supreme Court Case Challenging Ghana's OSP Act
Several Civil Society Organizations, including IMANI Africa and CDD, have filed to join a Supreme Court case in Ghana that challenges the constitutionality of the Office of the Special Prosecutor (OSP) Act. IMANI Africa has also defended the CSOs' intervention in the legal proceedings.
