Cyclist Charged for Drunk Driving in Serbia
Police in Zrenjanin, Serbia, filed a misdemeanor report against a 55-year-old man from Žitište for riding a bicycle while completely intoxicated, with a blood alcohol level of nearly 2.6 per mille.
