A new 'children's certificate' in the Czech Republic, intended to prevent convicted child abusers from working with children, is considered flawed by critics, with the Ministry of Justice planning changes.

Dětský certifikát je podle Tejce nedomyšlený. ‚Vypadly nám méně časté trestné činy,‘ přiznává Urbanová

Lidem odsouzeným za znásilnění nebo zneužívání dětí teď nic nebrání, aby s dětmi pracovali i po odpykání trestů. Od ledna tomu má zamezit dětský certifikát. Ten ale asi ještě čekají změny. Chystá je ministerstvo spravedlnosti a jedná o nich s poslanci. Podle šéfa resortu Jeronýma Tejce (ANO) je původní návrh nedomyšlený.
