Czech Court Clears Way for Waste Incinerator Modernization

The Supreme Administrative Court has paved the way for the modernization and resumption of operations at the Rybitví waste incinerator in the Pardubice region, by overturning a part of the local zoning plan that had prevented its upgrade.

Nejvyšší správní soud (NSS) otevřel cestu k modernizaci a obnovení provozu spalovny odpadů v Rybitví na Pardubicku. Zrušil část územního plánu obce, která modernizaci fakticky znemožňovala. Vyhověl tak kasační stížnosti společnosti AVE CZ odpadové hospodářství.
