Czech Republic Postpones Imprisonment for Alimony Defaulters Until Next Year
Imprisonment for alimony defaulters will not be enforced starting Wednesday, as originally planned for July, because the coalition failed to pass the necessary legislative change quickly enough in the Chamber of Deputies. The Ministry of Justice now expects the change to take effect next year.
