Czech Smaller Health Insurers to Receive Billions from VZP

Smaller health insurance companies in the Czech Republic are set to receive approximately 7.9 billion Czech crowns from the General Health Insurance Company (VZP) this year, following a new amendment signed by President Pavel.

Menší zdravotní pojišťovny letos dostanou celkem zhruba 7,9 miliardy korun z Všeobecné zdravotní pojišťovny (VZP), která v uplynulých letech měla zvýšený zisk kvůli platbám státu za ukrajinské uprchlíky. Umožní to novela o pojistném na veřejné zdravotní pojištění, kterou prezident Petr Pavel podepsal. V tiskové zprávě o tom informoval Hrad.
