ASPA Relocates 115 Cats from Unsuitable Apartment in Bucharest

The Bucharest Animal Supervision and Protection Authority (ASPA) has announced the relocation of 115 cats that were being kept in improper conditions within an apartment on Pantelimon Road in Sector 2.
