Zelenskyy warns of Russian offensive plans but notes lack of forces

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated that Ukraine is aware of Russia's plans for offensives in the east, towards Zaporizhzhia Oblast, Dnipro, and Odesa Oblast. However, he noted that Russian forces currently lack the capacity to execute the planned offensive for May.
