Nigerian University Suspends Law Dean Following Report of Unserved Sodomy Conviction
A Nigerian university has suspended its School of Law dean after a PREMIUM TIMES report revealed he was a former military police officer convicted of sodomy by a General Court Martial who never served his prison sentence despite the Supreme Court upholding it.
