Anwar to Urge ASEAN, China to Fast-Track South China Sea Code of Conduct

Malaysian Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim announced he will urge regional counterparts and China to expedite the South China Sea Code of Conduct at the upcoming May summit.
