Romania introduces new mechanism to identify children at risk of human trafficking
Romania's National Authority for the Protection of Children's Rights and Adoption (ANPDCA) announced the adoption of two instructions establishing a national framework to help specialists identify children at risk of human trafficking. This is a first for the country.
