Woman waiting at Mangaluru bus stop hacked to death; one-sided love angle emerges

A tragic incident occurred when a 21-year-old woman was brutally attacked near the BC Road bus stand. Identified as Lavanya, she succumbed to her injuries and was pronounced dead at Bantwal Government Hospital. Investigators have identified Chetan, a distant relative with unresolved affections, as the alleged perpetrator, and efforts to apprehend him are ongoing.
