Evacuation vehicle stopped in Mykolaiv region: Kherson Regional Council appeals to Interior Minister

The Kherson Regional Council believes that incidents such as the one involving the evacuation vehicle in the Mykolaiv region have extremely devastating consequences for society, and has appealed to the Minister of Internal Affairs regarding this matter.
