Polish President Vetoes Tax Ordinance Amendment, Limits Penalties After Tax Expiration

A provision allowing the tax office to artificially extend the tax limitation period will remain in Poland, but taxpayers will not be penalized if the obligation has already expired, following the president's veto of an amendment to the tax ordinance.
