Chicago Alderwoman Apologizes for 'Wrong Place at the Wrong Time' Comment on Slain Student

Chicago Alderwoman Maria Hadden issued an apology for her remarks, which suggested a slain Loyola University Chicago student, Sheridan Gorman, was in the "wrong place at the wrong time."
