Appeals Court Rules Trump Admin Unlawfully Appointed Nevada Prosecutor

A federal appeals court has determined that the Justice Department under the Trump administration unlawfully bypassed Senate confirmation in appointing Sigal Chattah as Nevada's top federal prosecutor.
