Portuguese Hospitals Close Obstetrics and Pediatric Emergency Rooms
Several hospitals in Portugal, including those in Santarém, Abrantes, Portimão, and Torres Vedras, have closed or conditioned their obstetrics and pediatric emergency services. The closures are prompting recommendations for citizens to contact SNS 24 before visiting a hospital.
