Canadian wildfire smoke crosses Atlantic, reaches Europe

Smoke plumes from Canadian wildfires, propelled by high-altitude winds, have begun to cross the Atlantic Ocean and are expected to travel thousands of kilometers to reach Europe, having already obscured the sun in parts of the US.
