Bulgaria opens new labs for processing driver blood samples
Bulgaria's Ministry of Interior has opened two new laboratories in Plovdiv and Burgas to process blood samples from drivers for alcohol and drug use. The new facilities are expected to significantly reduce the processing time for these samples.
