Ukrainian family from Kherson finds refuge in Latvia after occupation
Serhiy and Anna Procki, a family from Hola Prystan in the Kherson region, survived occupation during the war's early years and have since relocated to Kyiv-controlled territory and then to Daugavpils, Latvia, with their three children.
