EU Court of Justice to Review Polish Landscape Resolutions on Advertising Bans
The EU Court of Justice will assess whether Polish landscape resolutions, which may favor local governments over commercial players in the advertising market through exemptions and exceptions, violate the Services Directive, following questions from the Supreme Administrative Court.
