Malaysian Minister Gives Social Media Platforms Time to Align on Scams, Gambling

Malaysia's Communications Minister Fahmi Fadzil announced that social media platform operators have been granted time to adjust their internal mechanisms to comply with the National Online Safety Act (ONSA) regarding online scams and gambling.
