Montenegro's Kosovo De-recognition Declarations Deemed Politically Motivated and Without Legal Effect

The Youth Initiative for Human Rights (YIHR) stated that declarations by municipal assemblies in Zeta and Pljevlja regarding the de-recognition of Kosovo are political ploys lacking legal effect and cannot alter Montenegro's foreign policy.
