Uganda Law Society Abolishes Colonial Judicial Etiquette
The Uganda Law Society has abolished the use of "My Lord" and "My Lady" titles for judges, along with the practice of bowing, as part of an ongoing effort to dismantle colonial structures within the country's justice system.
