IMANI-Africa flags ‘decade and a half of policy failure’ as SIM card re-registration returns

Policy think tank IMANI Centre for Policy and Education has raised concerns over the government’s decision to undertake another SIM card re-registration exercise, describing it as a continuation of long-standing policy failures rather than a reform.
