High-Ranking Police Officer Causes Drunk Driving Collision

A high-ranking police officer caused a road collision while driving under the influence of alcohol, with a blood alcohol level of two per mille. Investigations revealed he also had three previous driving bans and was performing "uncertain maneuvers" on the road.
