Portugal Issues Yellow Weather Warning for Coastal Districts

Seven districts in mainland Portugal, including Viana do Castelo, Porto, and Lisbon, have been placed under a yellow weather warning for sea conditions until Thursday afternoon. The IPMA also forecasts light winds and a rise in temperature.
