Supreme Court Rules on Compensation for Unlawful Dismissal
The Supreme Court of Cassation ruled that the three-year statute of limitations for claiming compensation for unlawful dismissal runs from the date of dismissal, not from the date the decision recognizing the dismissal as unlawful becomes final.
